The breakfast was amazing, with sweet and large raspberries and blackberries, along with a good selection of cheeses, fish, and muffins.

There was noticeable noise from the entry door closing below our room, which disturbed our peace at times.

Beautiful old boutique hotel in marvellous and unbeatable location in the Church Street area of Lenox. Location so close to good restaurants and art galleries as well as all the shops and restaurants in Lenox. For tea or coffee visit Shots Cafe nearby...

Great free parking and Wi-Fi, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

We stayed in a Queen Room for 2 nights. The room was surprisingly quiet and clean, a nice surprise since it was on the first floor. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the little work station they had. The bathroom was nice too, but I wish the shower pressure was a bit stronger. The accommodation was pleasant and a great spot to relax after exploring the area.

The location of the Gateways Inn is fantastic. It's just a short walk to Tanglewood and other attractions in Lenox. My room, the Queen Room, felt surprisingly quiet despite being on the first floor. The bed was super comfy, perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a long day. Breakfast impressed with homemade granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Enjoyed the pancake special one morning as well. I encountered a disturbance from the entry door below the room, made vibrations and noise a bit bothersome at times. I also found another guest's name tag near my bed, indicating a cleaning oversight. Aside from that, the staff quickly, serving drinks promptly even before the bartender arrived.

The live music during dinner, especially Wanda Houston's performances, created a magical experience. Breakfast offered a lovely variety, though I encountered a minor delay one morning. A charming retreat that I would love to revisit!

Dining was a delight-each meal surpassed the last, and the warm. The historic charm of our king room complemented the picturesque surroundings of Lenox. For future guests, don't miss out on sampling their breakfast options!

Conveniently located near Tanglewood and various museums, we enjoyed easy access to the best attractions in the Berkshires.

The staff was cute. They found a way to get us drinks quickly despite the bartender not being on site. The atmosphere was charming, and the attention to our needs was excellent.

My recent stay at Gateways Inn was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts, Michele and Eiran, were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The inn's central location made it easy to explore Lenox on foot. The live music in the evening was a fantastic bonus. I will definitely be returning to Gateways Inn on my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect summer weekend getaway!

This place is stunning and peaceful, located in a lovely area with easy access to bars, restaurants, a church, and a gallery within walking distance.
